Admission Process

Registration Priorities

Applications should be submitted to the school office on the following dates based on student status:
January 19-29 Current student, re-enrollment -- $150 discount
February 1-11 Siblings of current students -- $100 discount
February 16-26 Enrollment of new Calvary San Diego families -- $100 discount
March 1-12 Open Enrollment -- $50 discount

Tuition Rates

Tuition Rates for the 2010-2011 school year are as follows:
K - 8th Grade $7,500
9th - 12th Grade $8,200

Enrollment Process

  1. Pray that the Lord reveals His plan for your child. Jeremiah 29:11
  2. Complete this packet.
  3. Prior to scheduling an interview with the prospective student and parent, we must receive each of the following:
    1. Application for Admission
    2. Emergency Medical Record
    3. Staff, Student and Parent Commitment
    4. Financial Contract
    5. Pastoral or Ministry Leader Recommendation
    6. Academic Recommendation
    7. Child Care Request (as needed)
    8. Parent Participation Form
    9. Copy and Original Student Birth Certificate
    10. Copy and Original Immunization Card
    11. Copy of Report Cards from last two years (except for Pre-K students)
    12. Copy of most recent Standardized Test Scores (except for Pre-K students)
    13. Copy of IEP if applicable
    14. Registration fee (non-refundable).
  4. For all K-12 grades students, we will schedule an interview with the student, parent, and administration upon receipt of your completed application. Please know that an interview appointment cannot be granted until all of the above items have been received by our office. Assessment testing will be scheduled after acceptance.
  5. We will make every attempt to contact you with your child’s acceptance or denial within approximately one week of your interview.
