Thank you for your interest in Calvary Christian Academy. Before you complete this application, I encourage you to pray for God’s direction and provision for your finances. God can do “exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think”. Ephesians 3:20

Financial Aid Process:

1. A Student Application must be completed (including registration fees, which are not included in your financial aid award) and turned into the office before your Financial Aid application will be considered.
2. Please read through the Financial Aid Application. If you feel the Lord is leading you to do so, fill out the application form thoroughly and answer all questions honestly and completely before turning them into the school office. Many of the questions are similar to the FACTS online assessment in step #3, so you might want to keep the CCA form until you complete the next step.
3. Complete the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment online.
4. There is a FACTS assessment fee. Major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) are accepted.
5. The application deadline is March 1st for returning students. We will accept applications after that date, but due to limited funding we want to give our returning families priority.
6. Application forms and the online FACTS assessment will be reviewed by our Financial Aid Committee. Notification of financial aid awards will be made by May 1st for applications received by March 1st. Please do not call FACTS regarding your award; they are only an assessment tool.
