A deposit in the amount of half the monthly tuition is required upon registration. |

A two-week notice must be given to the Director upon termination of this agreement. This deposit will be credited based on the final balance at the end of the school year, or used as tuition for June. |

| Payment Plans |
Families will sign a contract with our financial office
after their student is accepted.
Payments are electronically withdrawn from your checking
account though FACTS Tuition management company. |

One annual payment (payable by check to CCA) paid prior to the first day of

Ten monthly payments from August 1, 2008 to May 1, 2009 (additional
$38 yearly fee per family) |
