We understand that applying for a private Christian school can seem daunting, but we are here for you every step of the way! We are committed to making it a painless and simple process. 

Step One:

Submit an Online Application

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.






 Along with the application and application fee, families must submit the following:

  1. Pastoral or Ministry Leader Recommendation

  2. Academic Recommendation

  3. Copy and original student birth certificate

  4. Copy and original immunization card

  5. Copy of report cards from last two years (except for PreK and Kindergarten students)

  6. Official transcript (9th-12th grade only)

  7. Copy of standardized test scores (except for Pre-K and Kindergarten students)

  8. Copy of IEP (if applicable)

Assessment test

Step Four:


For all K-12 grades students, we will schedule an assessment test upon receipt of your completed application. Please know that we cannot schedule the assessment until all of the above items have been received by our office.


Step five:


Once the assessment test  is completed, we will schedule an interview with the student, parent, and administration.

We will make every attempt to contact you with your child's acceptance or denial within approximately one week of your interview.  A non-refundable registration fee, along with additional contracts, is due upon acceptance to reserve your child's seat at CCA.
