Our early education program offers various schedules depending on your needs. We offer packages for both full days and half days as well as options for 2-year-olds who aren’t toilet trained yet. The teacher and director will evaluate if your child is toilet trained. They must be seven out of eleven days without an accident to be considered toilet trained. Elementary School
Grades K-5
Our Elementary School operates Monday - Thursday from 7:50 am - 2:50 pm and Friday from 7:50 am - 12:50 pm. If you require care prior to 7:50 am or after school, we offer extended care packages to accommodate your schedule. Our grounds are open as early as 6:30 am and as late as 6:00 pm. Grades 6-8
Our middle school operates Monday - Thursday from 7:50 am - 2:30 pm and Fridays from 7:50 am - 12:40 pm. With extended care until 6:00 pm. We want to make it possible for every family to attend Calvary Christian Academy! That is why we provide the following discounts and payment plans to help make your child’s education more accessible.

We are grateful for our service members! Any active military families will receive a 10% discount on their tuition.

We want all your children to be able to attend CCA! Each sibling of the first full-paying student will receive a 10% discount on tuition.

When you refer a new family that enrolls their child(ren) at CCA, we will credit your tuition $500 for each new student that enrolls. The best news is that there is no limit to the number of referrals you can turn in! Access the referral form here.

The early enrollment period is from January 25 - February 13
If you enroll or re-enroll during this time period, you will receive a discount on your registration fee!
Preschool students: $25 discount
K-8 & International students: $50 discount
Early Open Enrollment Fee Discounts are for returning students, siblings of returning students, Calvary San Diego families, and families new to CCA.

Payment Plans
Families will sign a contract with our finance office after their student is accepted. Payments are electronically withdrawn from your checking account through FACTS Tuition Management Company.
FACTS PROCESSING FEES
Application Fee: $30
Payment Enrollment Fees:
$25 if paid in one or two payments.
$55 if paid in three or more payments.
PLAN 1 One annual payment payable by check directly to CCA on or before July 3, 2025.
PLAN 2 Ten monthly payments from July 2025 to April 2026 through FACTS
PLAN 3 Eleven monthly payments from July 2025 to May 2026 through FACTS
PLAN 4 Twelve monthly payments from June 2025 to May 2026 through FACTS
